She is survived by: her mother Shirley Sipes (Christopher) of Riddlesburg; her spouse Charlie Morningstar; her granddaughter Madilyn Shaffer; her sister Pamela S. Neville (Michael); and also, Ashley Shaffer (Dustin) of Augusta, KS and Chelsey Renee Morningstar of Scottsdale, AZ. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
