She was predeceased by: her brother-in-law David R. White. She is survived by: her husband Albert Mikula; her sister Marlene White; her daughters, Lori Mikula Bianco and Lynda McCabe (John); and her grandchildren, Eryn, John Patrick and Gabe.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Good Samaritan Hospice, Heritage Valley Beaver, or The Beaver County Humane Society, a charity close to Norma Jean's heart, in her honor.
