He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew L. Frederick, and Helen Frederick, Sr. (Yeskovich); and his siblings, Edward Frederick, Richard Frederick and Carol Cain.
He is survived by: his children, Mark Frederick, Jason Frederick (Heather Juth-Frederick) and Robin Frederick (Jack Norris); his sisters, Helen Frederick and Mary Jane Ward; his grandchildren, Jack Norris III, Skylar Juth and Melissa Juth; and his niece Ava Prest. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
The military honors will be held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies (1158 Morgan Rd, Bridgeville, PA 15017).
