She was predeceased by: her parents, William Clowes and Martha Clowes (Perry); and her husband Henry Leroy Gropp. She is survived by: her daughter Nancy Kavinsky (Duke); her grandson Andrew Kavinsky (A. J.); her siblings, Baird Clowes (Sue) and Nancy Schafer (late John); her brother-in-law David Gropp (late Mary); and her nieces and nephews, William (Clipper), Laurie Clowes, John (Cheryl Gropp), Jim Gropp, Jean (Mike Puglia), Tammy (Jeff Chupa), Dawn (Joe Marruchella), Kim Schafer (John Misuraca) and Wendy (Eric Sivertsen). She is also survived by five great-nieces and three great-nephews.
