She was predeceased by: her husband Warren L. Douglass; her parents, Fred Bergman and Florence Bergman; and her friend Allen Stickles. She is survived by: her son Mark Douglass (Marsha); her grandson Timothy Douglass Smolar; her niece Linda Roush; and her friends, Wendy Fleegal, Pam Dixon and Bev Gruber.
