He was predeceased by: his parents, John Replogle "Jack" Baker and Joann Marie Baker (Stiffler) of New Enterprise; his stepmother Mary Baker; his parents-in-law, Luke and Doris Conley; his granddaughter Samantha Snare; and his sister-in-law Suzanne Melius (Conley).
He is survived by: his wife Dora J. "Jeanie" Baker (Conley); his children, Stacy (Robert Snare), Tonya (Juan Serrato) and Douglas Baker (Jamil Facdol); his grandchildren, Lauren Bishop, Cameron Serrato, Kristen Serrato, Genevieve Serrato, Tyson Snare and Jordan Snare; his great grandchildren, Hunter Bishop, Kaia Serrato and Weston Flynn; his siblings, Barbara (Gerald Hendricks), Brion (Donna Baker), Michael (Karen Baker) and Dennis; and his sister-in-law Carolyn Feight.
