He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jack B. McIlnay and June M. McIlnay (Hale); his wife Joyce Ann McIlnay (Imler); his children, David Edward McIlnay (Bobbi) of Hopewell, Sheila Marie Clark (Marl Jr.) of Everett and Christina Ann Fisher (Eric) of Manheim; his grandchildren, Zachary, Brady, Clay, Lacy, Katelyn, Landon and Molly; and his sisters, Carole J. Smith (Buck) and Linda K. Snider.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bedford Forge Community Church (384 Jacks Corner Rd, Hopewell, PA 16650).
If so desired, Memorial Contributions in Edward's name may be given to the Bedford Forge Community Church (384 Jacks Corner Rd. Hopewell, PA 16650), VA-Friends of the Pittsburgh Fisher House (3945 Forbes Ave., PO Box 240 Pittsburgh, PA 15213), or the Bedford Forge Cemetery.
