He was predeceased by: his parents, John C. "Pepper" Zelanko and Bessie "Bettie" M. Zelanko (Griffith). He is survived by: his children, Alicia P. Zelanko of Altoona, PA, Matthew D. Zelanko of Altoona, PA and Shanon G. Zelanko of Shippensburg, PA; his girlfriend Sheila D. Jays; his grandchildren, Chloe B. Zelanko, Archer W. Zelanko, Karma N. Zelanko, Josalinn M. Zelanko, Ember F. Hoover and John D. Zerby; and his siblings, Mary Kay Clark, Gregory Zelanko (Jody) and Michele Diehl (Patrick).
