We bid farewell to Brian T. Scales of Hopewell, Pennsylvania, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 21, 2025 at the age of 93. He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Walter Thomas Scales and Elise Beatrice Scales (Williams); his son Martin N. Scales; and his granddaughter Amanda Lynn Wharton. He is survived by: his sister Alison (Joe) Bleasdale (England); and his children, Alison Scales, Mary Johnson, Katharine (Kenneth), Wharton, Walter Trevor Scales, John Scales (California) and Jean Scales Betsch. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Paul's Episcopal Church (1066 Washington Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15228). He enjoyed fiddling with his model trains and prior to the pandemic ballroom dancing.
