Wanda N. Brooks Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wanda N. Brooks of Hop Bottom, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 9, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth W. Sickler and Jane E. Sickler (Splain); her husband J. William "Bill" Brooks; and her siblings, Russell Sickler, Gwen Ely and Marlene Sickler.
She is survived by: her children, Emma Hinkley of Hop Bottom, PA and John W. Jr.; her daughter-in-law Laura Brooks of Hop Bottom, PA; and her siblings, Earl (Tess Sickler), Gilbert (Pat Sickler), Kenneth "Butch" (Loretta Sickler), Sheila Ely of Hop Bottom, PA and Janice (Jim Ely). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
