He was predeceased by: his son Bradley Blachek. He is survived by: his wife Faye Ross Blachek; his children, Yolanda Drake (James) of Fountain, CO and Terry Blachek (Siggy) of Austin, TX; his grandchildren, Kyle Jesse (Ashley), Kelsey (Jennings), Leila and Taylor; his great grandchildren, Louann and Wren; and his siblings, F. Richard Blachek, Jr. (Jo) of Smithburg, MD and Patty Huebschman (Dick) of Crownsville, MD. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations to Laurel Lake Summer Camp.
