He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence F. Eash and Katherine M. Eash (Naugle); and his brother Donald Eash. He is survived by: his wife Patty L. Eash (Ford); his children, Jeffrey P. Eash (Linda), Scott R. Eash (Diane), Neal P. Eash (Cynthia), Kelly L. (David Hay) and Kristi B. (Steve Florio); his grandchildren, Katelynn (Kody Reighard), Travis Eash, Kayla (Chaze Wiant), Ryan Eash (Shelby), Grant Hay, Nikolas Florio and Lia Florio; and his great grandchild Finley Reighard.
