He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Paul Derenak, Bruce Scott, Art Bloom, Helen and Vernon Eash.

He is survived by: his parents, Robbie Bloom and Kayla Bloom (Eash); his sister Arielle Mckinley Bloom; his grandparents, Jeffrey, Sonja Eash, Larry and Lillian Bloom; his great-grandparents, Eldora Derenak, Pearl Scott and Marie Bloom; his uncles, Erik and Anthony Eash; his aunt Kayla Bloom; and his cousin Audrey Eash. He is also survived by numerous other aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be given to UPMC Children's Hospital, One Children's Hospital Drive, 4401 Penn Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15224.
