He is survived by: his mother Joyce Miller (Gindlesperger); his wife Connie Shultz; his children, Amy Lishia, Erica Miller, Zachary Miller (Ashley) and Cory Miller (Alexandra); his grandchildren, Kylee, Coreena, Kaitlyn, Grace, Lia, Gage, Maci and Colin; and his siblings, Dawn Nider (Carey) and Daniel Miller (Nina).
