She is survived by: her husband Phillip; her daughter Jennifer Boring (Janet Havyer); her grandchildren, Jason, Katlyn and Ashley Havyer; her great grandchildren, Aliyah Deneen and Elijah Havyer; and her siblings, Ralph, Thomas, Robert Rose and Tamera Berkey.
