He is survived by: his parents, Larry Mulhollen and Marilyn Mulhollen (Berkebile) of Hooversville; his children, Kevin Mulhollen (Alyssa) and Amanda Mulhollen; his fiancé Raynice Maschue; his partner's sons, Jason and Christopher; his grandchildren, Asher and Oliver Mulhollen; his sisters, Tracey Maust (Rick) and Vicki Levadnuk; and his nephew Alexander Levadnuk.
