He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kramer and Martha Kramer (Heaps); his daughter Penny Kramer; and his siblings, Mildred Duran, Betty Ulrich, George'Buck'Kramer, Wayne Kramer and Jaunita Shoup.
He is survived by: his wife Rae Kramer (Singleton); his children, Ted Kramer (Sharon) of Clinton, Kevin Kramer (Tammy) of Hookstown and Nora Warnock (David) of Burgettstown; his son-in-law Randal Powell of Weirton; and his grandchildren, Kelli O'Donnell, Ian Kramer (Danielle), Jared Kramer (Jackie), Lindley McHaffie (Drew), Dalton Kramer (Mistie), Grant Warnock (Whitney), Shane Warnock (Amanda), Dana Mansberger (Ethan) and Glory Warnock.
