Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Pearl Jordan of Hookstown, Pennsylvania, who passed away at the age of 84, on September 19, 2020. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Brown and Retha Brown (Collins); and her siblings, Bacil Brown, Ellen Gibson, Mary Myers, Ruth Moats and Joy Allison.

She is survived by: her stepfather Lester Brown; her husband Edwin Ray Jordan; her children, Charlotte Miller (John) of Hookstown, Kim Curtis of Hookstown and Jayson Jordan of Hookstown; her son-in-law Mike Curtis of McDonald; her brother Rex Brown of Hookstown; her grandchildren, Amanda, John Ray and Michelle; and her great grandchildren, Dalton, John Henry, Eva Grace and Caroline Rae.

Due to the COVID-19 Virus, all who attend the services please practice the social distancing guidelines set forth by the CDC and the state of WV, including wearing of facial coverings.

“In loving memory of Pearl Jordan, Pearl and I would call each other and it was my turn to call. Ray answered and told me she passed away three weeks ago in her sleep. What a surprise and I know it's hard on Ray. When our Mothers were alive we visited. After they passed we stayed in touch with telephone calls and letters. So dearly loved. So sadly missed.
