He was predeceased by: his parents, John Crouch and Margaret Crouch (Conklin); his former wife Helen Crouch (Waxler); and his brother Donald Crouch. He is survived by: his wife Karen Crouch (Schissler); his children, Jonathan Crouch, Michele Haramic (Robert) and Stephanie Capobianco; his grandchildren, Kayla Kennedy (Chris), Alex Haramic and Noah Capobianco; his great grandchild Eli Kennedy; his stepchildren, Vicky Palmer (Mike) and Ricky Schissler (Tracy); and his pet Spike.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Good Samaritan Hospice, Heritage Valley Unit, 1000 Dutch Ridge Road, Beaver PA 15009.
