She was predeceased by: her husband Edgar Foultz Jr. (Sonny); her parents, Sylvester 'Bill' and Sarah Brougher; her sister Pat; her siblings-in-law, John Gingrich and Joanne Brougher; and her grandsons, Scott Foultz Jr. and Christian 'CJ Andrae.
She is survived by: her children, Scott Foultz Sr. of Camp Hill, Randy Foultz of Mechanicsburg, Kathleen Foultz of Honey Grove, Georgiana 'Sue Neufer (Mike) of Dauphin and Kelli Beaver of Enola; her grandchildren, Jeffrey Foultz, Caleb Foultz, Courtney Foultz, Corinna Foultz, Ryan Foultz, Elizabeth Foultz, Kaitlyn Beaver, Chloe Beaver, Kara Beaver, Sabrina Follo and Avery Stauffer; and her siblings, Barbara Deitch (Charlie), Sarah Jane Simpson (Jimmy), William Brougher (Joanne) and George Brougher (Linda). She is also survived by her great-grandchildren.
