She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Tilley and Marilyn Tilley (Turner). She is survived by: her husband John W. Powell Jr.; her children, Jennifer VanDyke (Jason) of Coatesville, Horace Foraker III (Jessica) of Northampton, Katrina Foraker of Newtown Square and Brandie Cline (Craig) of Elverson; her grandchildren, Samantha Foraker, Aimee Entress and Nicolas Entress; her great grandchild Savannah Foraker; her brother Edward E. Tilley II; and her pet Jasper. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
