He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter F. Jolly and Margaret S. Jolly. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Jessica Jolly and Justin Jolly; and his siblings, David Jolly (Violet), Karen Rau (Jim) and Rick Jolly. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
