He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Nancy Detwiler (Arters); his parents, Wayne Detwiler and Vera Mae Wilson Detwiler; his children, Ronald D. Detwiler, Jr. (Jessica) and Rhonda Beavers; and his sisters, Mary Ann Miller, Phyllis Sandoe and Joann Arters.
