He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard McCormick and Gladys McCormick (Lambert); his son Patrick McCormick; his granddaughter Courtney McCormick; and his sister Florence "Flossy" McQuaid (Jack).
He is survived by: his wife Geraldine M. "Sherrie" McCormick (Haigh); his children, Richard McCormick (Tammy), Beth Sommers (Joe), Tom McCormick, Mike McCormick and Chris McCormick; his stepchildren, Patti Boyle (Ed), Dawn Nilsen-Riess (Lew), Bill Nilsen and Jim Nilsen (Denise); his grandchildren, Rick, Kevin, Jessica, Joey, Tori, Josh and Kim (Dan); and his stepgrandchildren, Kristen, Lewis, Lauren, Shannon, Jimmy, Ryan and Kailyn.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 9:45 AM to 10:45 AM at the Fairview Evangelical Presbyterian Church (800 Fairview Rd, Glenmoore, PA 19343). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Dick's name may be made to the Alzheimer's Association (https://www.alz.org).
