It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Linda Y. Gibbs of Honey Brook, Pennsylvania, born in Chester, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 27, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Yarnall and Emily Yarnall; and her son Douglass Knierin. She is survived by: her husband Robert L. Gibbs, Sr.; her daughters, Carol Rothera and Dawn Spaulding; her stepchildren, Teile Margolin (David), Michele Mark (Greg), Robert L. Gibbs, Jr. (Jen Blyth) and Jennifer Gibbs (Brian Dewald); and her siblings, Wayne Yarnall, John Yarnall and Toni McClay.
Two serious falls, complications from a hysterectomy, COVID and pneumonia put her on a downward slope from which she never really recovered.
