He was predeceased by: his wife Rosella Anna Frederick Baxter; and his parents, Chester Baxter and Bessie Watson Baxter. He is survived by: his children, James L. Baxter of Honey Brook and Leslie A. (Val Feliciano) of Denver, PA; his grandson Jeremy Duttry (Cari) of Etters, PA; his great grandchildren, Lucas of Etters, PA and Chelsea Duttry (Alex Reider) of Ephrata, PA; and his sisters, Sara Taylor of Honey Brook, Laura Mae Doll of Lebanon and Pearl Walters of South Dakota.
