She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Rader and Florence Hitchens; her husband Melvin C. Ramstine; and her siblings, Betty Anne Case, Norma Groling, Janet Brittingham and Horace Rader.

She is survived by: her children, Douglas, Dawn, Virginia, Terry and Kathy. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
