He was predeceased by: his parents, James Russell and Anna Jenkins (McGoldrick); and his son James R. Jenkins III. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Jenkins (McDowell); his children, Jill J. Androwick (John) of West Chester and Jay W. Jenkins (Carolyn) of Bethlehem; his grandchildren, Jamie, Jeanette, Julianne, Jodie, Timothy, Heather, Philip, Vincent and Grace; and his great grandchildren, Trevor, Kayla, Kassie, Taylor, Kylee, Eli and Aiden.
