He was predeceased by: his parents, Gideon L. Stoltzfus and Naomi Lapp Stoltzfus; his brothers-in-law, Daniel Beiler and Amos Blank; and his grandson Jacob Stoltzfus.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Smoker Stoltzfus; and his children, Isaac E of Honey Brook, Ada Lantz Stoltzfus of Honey Brook, Lavina Esh Stoltzfus of Honey Brook, Annie Lapp Stoltzfus of Honey Brook, Priscilla Fisher Stoltzfus of Honey Brook and Phares Stoltzfus, Jr.. He is also survived by 32 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; 2 brothers.
