He is survived by: his spouse Mary Ellen Smoker Marsh; his parent Elizabeth Miller Marsh; his children, Steven Marsh (Kim) of Lititz, David Marsh, Theresa Verdegem of Kinzers and Jennifer Neff of Willow Street; and his sister Patricia Dunleavy (Michael) of West Chester.
