She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Barczak and Stephanie Barczak (Stanislaw); her husband Henry Anthony Maciejski; her daughter Antoinette Tramontano; and her siblings, Loretta Durkin, Stella Kriz, Edward Barczak, Frank Barczak, John Barczak, Marion Barczak and Joseph Barczak.
She is survived by: her daughter Wanda Miller (Robert) of Elverson; her son-in-law Pasquale Tramontano; her grandsons, Robert Miller Jr., William Tramontano, Michael Tramontano and Anthony Tramontano; and her great grandchildren, Johnathan Miller, Sarah Miller, Olivia Miller, Shanna Miller, Micaela Tramontano, Julia Tramontano, Sophia Tramontano, Quorra Tramontano, Holly Tramontano and William Tramontano.
