He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harvey H. Walton, Sr. and Jane Elizabeth Walton (Baker); his fiancée Amanda Heaps; his children, Zoe Roemer of Honey Brook, Serenity Solitario of Paradise, Harvey H. Walton III, Savannah Walton and Alger Walton; his brother Ryan Grubb; his nieces, Isabella Kociuba and Nashota Kociuba; and his sister Jannie Mae. He was also cherished by Cousins, Uncles, and Aunts.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made in Harvey's Honor to help defray expenses, by contacting the funeral.
