He was predeceased by: his parents, Conrad P. Zirkel and Hildegard Zirkel (Hoffmann); and his siblings, Paul R. Zirkel and Hildegard DeRenzo. He is survived by: his wife Anna J. Zirkel (Krysa); his sons, Andrew D. Zirkel (Jennifer) of Mohnton and Timothy K. Zirkel (Nicole) of Lincoln University, PA; and his grandchildren, Kurtis, Clara, Lydia, Avonlea and Bellamy.
