He was predeceased by: his parent Elmer Duckinfield. He is survived by: his spouse Janine M. Duckinfield; his parent Phyllis Bowman Duckinfield; and his children, David Duckinfield, Justin Duckinfield and Christine Duckinfield (Thomas Robison).
