He was predeceased by: his parents, George Leonard and Grace Sweitzer Leonard. He is survived by: his significant other Wanda J. McComsey Leonard; his sons, Charles, Steven Kurtz, Christopher and James Leonard; and his brothers, George and Wallace Leonard. He is also survived by four grandchildren and two great grandchildren and one additional great grandchild.
