It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Messner of Honey Brook, Pennsylvania, born in Coatesville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 6, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward G. Bell and Olive B. Bell (Thompson); her siblings, Evelyn Zeigler, Marlene Mackavage, Diane Morano and Harold Bell; and her grandson Collin McElroy.
She is survived by: her children, Pam McElroy (Troy) of Shade Gap, PA, Ginger Jelinek (Jeff) of Cochranville, PA, Barry Messner Jr. (Colleen) of Honey Brook, Kerri Messner (Craig) of Honey Brook and Megan Layton (Dwane) of Honey Brook; and her siblings, Jane Gipe of Duncannon, PA, Edward Bell Jr. (Linda) of Coatesville, Shirley Kinsey (Richard) of Honey Brook and Robert Bell (Linda) of Highspire, PA.. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren.
