She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph E. Guttilla; her parents, Philip D'Agostino and Rosaria D'Agostino (Rantenelli); and her daughter Frances Guttilla. She is survived by: her daughter Rose Guttilla of Mechanicsburg; her granddaughter Bethany Christman (Brian); and her great grandchildren, Alexander, Benjamin and Jase Christman.

Memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude Childrens Hospital.
