He is survived by: his children, Debra Ellsworth (Mark Bajadek) of Clarks Summit, Andrea Powers (Michael) of Edison and Jennifer Bajadek of Peckville; his grandchildren, Victoria Ellsworth, Vanessa Ellsworth, Joshua Bajadek, Nicholas Bajadek, Kaitlyn Powers and Sidney Reinfurt Johnson (Rick); and his brother Leo Bajadek of Brooklyn.
