She was predeceased by: her husband Irwin Vogel; her parents, Francis Warfield and Stella Warfield (Miszler); and her siblings, Joseph Warfield and Judith Warfield.
She is survived by: her children, Jason Hazen (Holly) of Honesdale, Lacey Hazen (Robert Simon) of Honesdale and Amy Jacob (Matthew) of Palmyra, PA; her sister Patricia Bunting (Rick) of Honesdale; and her grandchildren, Drew, Shannon and Lila Hazen.
