He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Gardas and Anna Gardas (Gitch). He is survived by: his wife Veronica M. Geiger; his children, Jeffrey Gardas (Debby Lamkin) of Honesdale, John Gardas (Jean Marie) of Honesdale, James Gardas (Jade) of Hawley, Joseph Gardas (Stacey Diehl) of Honesdale, Jennifer Randolph of Honesdale and Julie Gardas (Scott Schuermann) of Hamlin; his sisters, Joann Weigand of Hillsborough, NJ and Florence Carmody (Robert) of Honesdale; and his grandchildren, Deanna, Gabrielle, Brooke Gardas, Ashley Murosky, Rylee, Madison Randolph and Kevin Bayly. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
