He was predeceased by: his wife Joan Knapp; his parents, Christopher M. Scholl and Inez M. Scholl (Kyzer); and his brother Robert Scholl. He is survived by: his children, Christine Layden of Willmington, NC, Raymond Scholl of Honesdale, Dawn Diehl (Tony) of Honesdale and Christopher Scholl (Kim) of Honesdale; his siblings, Richard Scholl (Alice) and Patricia Novak (John) of East Windsor, NJ; and his sister-in-law Bernadette of Las Vegas, NV.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and 1 on the way, many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 25th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Indian Orchard Cemetery (998 Texas Palmyra Hwy, Hawley, PA 18428).
