He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Alfred and Barbara Rapp (Schurr). He is survived by: his wife Sally M. Rapp (Justice); his children, Peter E. Rapp (Michele) of Hampstead, NC and Jill Brace (Chris) of Bellefonte, PA; his siblings, George Rapp (Patricia) of Hauppauge, NY, Claudine Munich of Indialantic, FL and Betty Ann Essleman of Cochecton, NY; and his grandsons, Evan Michael Rapp and Steven Andrew Rapp.
