He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Butler and Kathryn Marie Stewart Balch; his brother Michael Balch; his daughter Melissa Ann Feliciano; and his grandchildren, Malachi Nathaniel Feliciano and Arianna Rose Triebig.
He is survived by: his wife Carol D. Balch; his children, Michele Balch (Calvin Cannon) of Hatfield, PA, Bonnie L. Triebig (Robert) of Pottstown, PA, Dawn M. Filmyer (Bernard) of Harleysville, PA, Kimberly R. Sanna of Mountain Top, PA, Stefanie R. Schreck (Christopher Dash) of Skippack, PA, Joshua A. Balch (Ashley) of Silverdale, WA and Thomas Balch (Karen) of Spring City, PA; and his siblings, Andy Anderson (Christine Lord Rangnow) of Cape Carteret, NC, Kathryn Pasquini (Fred) of Limerick, PA and Christine Hosein of Willingboro, NJ. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
