He was predeceased by: his parents, John Yevich and Margaret Yevich; and his siblings, John Yevich, Mary Miller, Anna Yevich, Margaret Novak and Helen Ann Yevich.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Carol Altemose Yevich; his daughter Jill Yevich George; his son-in-law Jeffrey George of Honesdale; his granddaughters, Devan George of Honesdale and Sienna Helfrich; his grandson-in-law Nathan Helfrich of Plaquemine, LA.; and his siblings, Irene Tomaszewski, Emily Wanish and William Yevich.
In Lieu of flowers, the family is asking that memorial contributions be made to the Wayne County Area Agency on Aging or any non-profit organization whose mission is to help with food insecurity.
