She was predeceased by: her husband Milton Vail; her parents, Carl Eldred and Chloe Brown Eldred; and her brother Juddy Eldred. She is survived by: her children, Jay, Trudy Swendsen of Edmeston and Nancy Meszler (Jerry Kamosky) of Rileyville; and her grandchildren, Samantha Meszler of Franklin Square, NY, Christopher Meszler, Angela Swendsen-Williams, Sandra Swendsen, Branden Meszler, Matthew Swendsen of Edmeston, NY and Nicholas Swendsen. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Cold Springs-Rileyville Presbyterian Church or a charity of the donor's choice.
