He was predeceased by: his sister Louise Godek. He is survived by: his wife Dr. Betty; his children, Edward L. Caruth (Lee Ann Gallagher) and Amy Korenyi-Both; his grandchildren, Conor, Carley Caruth, Gabriel, Alex and Olivia Korenyi-Both; his siblings-in-law, Barbara L. and John; and his brother Al Caruth (Patty). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
