It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathryn Ann (Theobald) Billard of Honesdale, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 26, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Eugene F. Billard; her parents, John Alfred and Bertha E. Theobald (Holl); her brother James Theobald; and her grandchild Kyle Smith.
She is survived by: her children, James Billard (Linda) of Honesdale, Thomas Billard (Shawn) of Honesdale, Susan Wilmot of Honesdale, Nancy Ellis of Honesdale, JoAnn Bates (Kenneth) of Honesdale and Wanda Smith of Lancaster; her siblings, William Theobald (Mary) of Honesdale, Doris Rogers of Honesdale and Marie "Honey" Fritz of Honesdale; her grandchildren, Shaun Wilmot, Michael, Sarah, Christopher Ellis, Stephanie Stall, Troy Billard, Jonathon, Kathryn Bates, Jacquelyn, Nicole and Allison Billard; her great grandchildren, Kevin, Jacklyn Gager, Bryan and Kyliegh Ellis; her granddaughter Miranda Smith; and her great grandchild Jordan Smith.
