He was predeceased by: his son Joseph J. III (Nicole). He is survived by: his wife Carol Toth; his children, Carol Dacey (Michael), Eileen Johnson (Christopher), Aleah (Christopher), Louis and Adrianna; his great grandchildren, Clementine and Logan; and his siblings, Roger Toth, Joanne Powell and Caroline Laubtner.
