He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Smith (Wade); his children, Maureen Smith and Jerome Smith; his stepsons, Todd (Linda Calabro) of Paupack, PA, Chad Calabro (Lori Gillette) of Raleigh, NC and Paul (Dana Calabro) of Cocoa, FL; and his brothers, Walker Smith, David Smith of Callicoon, NY and Patrick Smith of Summerfield, FL.. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
