It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Wood (Honesdale, Pennsylvania), born in Princeton, New Jersey, who passed away on November 25, 2018, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Richard K. Wood; her parent Harry J. Kahny; and her sisters, Helen Haydon, Margaret Kahny and Rosemary McNally.
She is survived by: her parent Mary O'Kane Kahny; her children, Chris Wood, Mary Beth Wood of Honesdale and Regina Pollard; her sisters, Mary Louise Sweeney and Carol Kahny; and her grandchildren, Erin Young, Caitlin Pollard, Sabrina, Sadie, Christian, Danielle, Nicholas Wood, Jack and Ryan Young.
